Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unworn shoes in the original shoe box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the prepaid label attached.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
